It has been a very good week for shadows, with lots of sunshine. On Monday we went to Kelso, so that I could take some photos of the Abbey. I decided to take them in black and white, and I'm delighted with the results
perhaps the ghost of a monk will appear from the shadows

I think it would be spooky here at night
On Tuesday, I had another opportunity to take black and white photos when we went to Berwick
old graveyards lend themselves to black and white photos
part of the defences to keep the Scots out!
