It has been a poor summer for butterflies in the garden (although a very good one for bees). These are all the photos I have in my butterfly folder this year!
the birds are reappearing in the front garden and making good use of the bird bath
we went out for lunch today, and Malcolm had a baguette with brie, bacon and tomato
but now for the weird combination - I had lentil soup and bread ........ and salad!! Remember we recently were given a side salad with a scone, which we thought odd ...... but salad with soup - NO!!!!
