We had a stroll round Pollensa this morning. The main square is dominated by a very old church ......... this is just a very small part of it
on up the hill is another church - this one is smaller than the other one!
we strolled on to the Pont Roma (Roman Bridge), pausing to take a photo of this gnarled stump of an olive tree
this is the driest that we have seen the river bed
I think that this building has been for sale all the years we have been coming here!
of course after all that strolling, we needed cake. Today's was a delicious apple cake, similar to the most favourite apple and sultana one that Annette regularly makes for the patch'n'chatters
