Wednesday saw us heading up to the Yarra Valley ........
our first stop was here for a cuppa
then here, just for a browse
I sneakily took this photo - I think Malcolm may try to make one when we get home
the next stop was here for lunch - we had lunch here seven years ago on our last visit to Melbourne!
my chicken pasta with pesto was fabulous
and Malcolm's burgundy beef pie was delicious
we had a glass with lunch, and took the rest home for later
we stopped here for a cuppa on the way back ......
..... and made friends with this handsome chap, who was quite tame

Then today .......... SHOPPING!!! Meredithe and Helen picked me up this morning, and we headed off to our first stop, where we met up with Mrs Mac
we then went on to this very stylish shop
all that shopping gave us an appetite, so the next stop was for lunch. Mrs Mac accosted a man at the next table, and asked him to take a photo of the four of us

Much shopping was done, but as I am rapidly running out of time on my internet connection, you wil have to wait for another day to see what I bought! Tomorrow is our last day in Melbourne ..... we leave early on Sunday morning to drive back to Sydney, with two overnight stops on the way. Hopefully I will be able to do a post somewhere along the way, but if not, the next one will be from Singapore!! I hope you all have a good weekend, love Anne
