We all know we have to eat lots of fruit and ....
.... lots of vegetables, but lets face it, it can get a bit boring. So, here are some more interesting ways to eat your 5-a-day ...
We start with a blueberry muffin for breakfast and follow it for elevenses with a piece of carrot cake. For lunch, a little piece of lemon meringue pie. In need of an afternoon snack? Why not have strawberry cheesecake. For dinner, what could be better than chocolate and sweet potato brownies (trust me, absolutely delicious!) Think you still need another helping? Then settle down for the evening with a glass (or two or three) of wine .... it's made with grapes!
